Mieren van Mirmar - Board game (Dutch edition)

In Mieren van Mirmar, players control ant colonies locked in an eternal struggle for dominion over the garden.

Expand your anthill, explore the terrain and mark your path with pheromones. Gather food and leaves, fight hostile insects and outsmart your opponents. Lay eggs and hatch larvae to increase your workforce with specialised ants.

Develop your colony to unlock unique abilities and conquer the enemy nests.

Game components:

• Dig chambers in your nest to unlock bonuses and to be able to play chamber cards.
• Explore the board and activate the bonus of the scout space. Exploring brings new resources and enemies into the game.
• With the foraging ants you gather resources and activate bonuses. With this action you can also secrete pheromones and use them to collect terrain types.
• Play 1 or 2 hand cards for their properties. You must meet the conditions and pay any costs.
• If you meet the enemy conditions, you can defeat an enemy. Enemies are level I, II or III and defeating them yields a bonus. It also unlocks abilities.
• Out of ants? By brooding, your ants grow. From egg to larva, and from larva to ant! Only with the ants may you actually play.
