Use of personal data

SpeelGoes B.V. places great value on your privacy. We only store and use the personal data that you provide directly in the context of the service you requested, or of which it is clear when provided that it is supplied to us for processing. We collect the following data:

General data: such as name, address and town or city of residence. This is the data you enter on your order form. This data is used to handle the orders. We also use this data if you make a claim under the warranty or exercise your right of return.
Email address: is used to confirm your order and to inform you when your order has been completed. If you order from us, we will also send you news about new sets and promotions at this email address, unless you untick the box for this when ordering. You can unsubscribe from emails via the link at the bottom of every email or by contacting us. You can do this via the contact form or by calling us: +31 (0)6 2130 5975.
Telephone number: optional to provide when you wish to place an order. This number is used if it is necessary to call you about the order placed. We do not use your telephone number for marketing purposes.
Billing address: this concerns the address details we use to ship the orders to. While filling in the order form, you also have the option to provide a delivery address that may differ from your billing address.
Payment details: an available option during your ordering process. With us, you pay by bank transfer or in a secure environment made available to you by Mollie and Paypal. We use this data to check whether the order has been paid and when we need to make a refund.
IP address: we collect this to analyse locations and interests on the basis of which we create targeted advertisements for our webshop.

Handling orders

When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to handle it. If this is necessary for proper handling, we may also provide your personal data to third parties. You can read more about this in this privacy statement.

Advertising

In addition to information on our website, we may also keep you informed of promotions and new products. We send this by email. If you order from us, we send you news about new sets and promotions from our own shop, unless you untick the box for this when ordering. If you have signed up via a registration form on our website, you will receive the newsletter because you chose to. If you have unticked the box and have not signed up, we will not use your email address for advertising or newsletters. Every newsletter contains a link that allows you to unsubscribe.

Reviews

We collect user ratings (reviews) about our shop and products. We do this in order to optimise our service to you as a customer and to future customers. In doing so, we use your data on the basis of a legitimate interest. After a purchase, we send you an invitation by email to review our shop or a product you bought in our shop.

To generate shop reviews, we work with klant.review. We provide your first name, last name and email address to this partner for sending an invitation to review our shop. Klant.review ensures that your data is handled securely. All invitation emails that are sent always include an opt-out that gives you the opportunity to unsubscribe from receiving this type of email.

Contact form

We offer you the option of contacting us via a contact form. This contact form uses mandatory fields such as:

Message field

The data entered is used exclusively to send your message to our service desk and is not stored in our database. If you prefer not to use our contact form, the contact page also offers you other ways to contact us.

Publication

We do not publish customer data.
