Shipping policy

Shipping costs

• The Netherlands: €4.99 per order, regardless of the number of items. From €99, standard shipping is free.
• Evening delivery within the Netherlands: €7.49. From €99, you pay €2.49.
• Belgium and Germany: €6.99 per order. From €149, shipping is free.
• Delivery to a PostNL parcel point is also possible: choose parcel point during checkout and, after payment, choose the desired location on the thank-you page.

Delivery time

Ordered and paid on working days before 16.00 means shipped the same day. PostNL usually delivers the parcel to your home in the Netherlands and Belgium the next day (Tue-Sat). Due to busy periods or special circumstances, delivery may take longer. We will keep you informed by email, including track & trace.

Delivery times to other countries vary. Contact us via info@speelgoes.nl for an indication.

Packaging and shipping

We ship via PostNL and carefully pack your items in a sturdy outer box with filling material. We reuse shipping materials as much as possible to spare the environment. Has your parcel arrived seriously damaged? Then contact us within 3 days of receipt.

Collection

Collection is only possible by appointment at our warehouse: SpeelGoes B.V., Columbusweg 39A, 4462 HA Goes. Please get in touch in advance to arrange a time.
