Refund policy

14-day cooling-off period

You have a cooling-off period of 14 days from the moment you received your order. Within this period, you can withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. This statutory right of withdrawal applies to our entire range, including reduced items.

How to register a return

  1. Register your return via the withdrawal form or email info@speelgoes.nl.
  2. You will receive the return instructions from us.
  3. Send the item to:

We cannot process returns that have not been registered in advance. So always register your return first.

Conditions

  • The item is unopened and in its original condition.
  • You can show a receipt or other proof of purchase, for example the order confirmation by email.

The costs of the return shipment are at your own expense, unless we delivered an incorrect or damaged item.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the return shipment, we will let you know whether the return has been approved. We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the payment method you used to pay. Please note that your bank may need a few working days to process the amount. Is it taking longer? Then contact us via info@speelgoes.nl.

Received a damaged or incorrect item?

Check your order upon receipt. Is an item damaged or did you receive the wrong item? Then contact us within 3 days via info@speelgoes.nl, including a few photos. We will then work together to find a suitable solution.

Exchanges

Would you like a different item? Then return your order and immediately place a new order for the item you want. That way you can be sure the new item does not sell out while your return is on its way; of many sets we only have a few.
