LEGO BrickLink Sequoia Tree Trail - 910058

Welcome to Sequoia Tree Trail!
Join us on an unforgettable journey past the majestic giant sequoias: the largest trees on Earth! These impressive giants can live for more than 3,000 years, grow taller than 90 metres and reach a trunk diameter of more than 6 metres, a true natural wonder! Explore the winding path that leads to the visitor centre, where you will learn all about these remarkable trees and the diverse animals that live in their forests. Walk through the trunk of a fallen giant sequoia or delve into history by looking at the growth rings of an ancient tree stump. Keep your eyes open along the way for animals such as the Steller's jay and the banana slug. You might even discover a clue about the whereabouts of a legendary creature!

The model

Inspired by my adventures among these beautiful trees, this model tries to capture the refined beauty of the sequoias, hiking trails and the ecosystem. It features two towering giant sequoias alongside some younger sequoias, a visitor centre and various interactive elements hidden in the lush forest. There are also many other trees that occur naturally in the sequoia ecosystem, including several firs and a large ponderosa pine. Nature lovers can spot various animals, such as Steller's jays, banana slugs, squirrels and many other small birds and forest dwellers.
