In Aquaria players step into the shoes of enthusiastic members of an aquarium society, each determined to create the most beautiful aquarium in the club! Each player looks after their own aquarium, in which all kinds of fish and aquatic plants live.
During the game players buy new fish, feed their animals and make sure their aquarium stays in perfect condition. They also show their progress as an aquarian by moving forward on the encyclopaedia tracks, which stand for traces of knowledge and expertise.
Whoever has collected the most points at the end of the game wins the title of best aquarist!
