A modular building is a big LEGO model over several floors. Connectors sit in the same spots on every one, so each building links up with the next and your street grows with every new addition.
How it started
It all started with the Café Corner (10182) in 2007. The Market Street (10190) followed that same year, through LEGO Factory. From then on a new building arrived almost every year, and 2023 brought two: the Jazz Club (10312) and the Natural History Museum (10326).
The biggest of them all
The Natural History Museum comes in at 4014 pieces. That's 12 more than Assembly Square (10255), which LEGO made for the series' tenth anniversary.
Older buildings
LEGO doesn't make the older buildings any more. If we've got one in stock, you'll see it next to that building in the list. Not there? Drop us a message and Marco will help you hunt it down.
