How can I tell if something's in stock?
If it's on the site, it's on a shelf in our warehouse in Goes. If it says sold out, it's gone. Retired sets don't get restocked, so once they're gone, they're gone.
When will my order ship?
Order and pay before 16:00 on a working day and it ships the same day. Parcels to Germany usually take 2 to 3 working days. In the Netherlands and Belgium, PostNL usually delivers the next day.
How much is delivery?
Delivery to Germany and Belgium costs 6.99 euros, and it's free over 149 euros. Within the Netherlands, delivery is free over 99 euros.
Can I send something back?
You get 14 days to change your mind. Let us know through the withdrawal form, and you then have another 14 days to send it back.
