How do I know if something is in stock?
Everything on the site is in stock in our warehouse in Goes. If it says sold out, it's gone. Sets that are out of production aren't restocked, so when it's gone, it's gone.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed and paid before 16:00 on a working day are shipped the same day. To Germany your parcel usually arrives in 2 to 3 working days; in the Netherlands and Belgium PostNL usually delivers the next day.
How much is shipping?
To Germany and Belgium, shipping costs 6.99 euros and is free from 149 euros. In the Netherlands, shipping is free from 99 euros.
Can I return something?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Register your return via the withdrawal form, then you have another 14 days to send it back.
